Facilities Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Facilities/Manufacturing Operations equivalent.
• Must have math acumen, good communication skills and the ability to solve facilities equipment difficult problems.
• Ability to share technical expertise with colleagues i.e. able to express information clearly and concisely both verbally and in written format.
• Team and results oriented - committed and energetic approach to work with positive attitude.
• Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work to tight project timelines and within approved budgets.
• Excellent use of initiative and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Excellent English Skills, both oral and written.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in managing and maintaining the facilities operations including environmental and safety aspects.
• Responsible in developing and administering the facilities maintenance, as well as environmental & safety policies and programs.
• Will coordinate, supervise and manage all improvement works and renovation projects.
• Perform scheduled PM’s, recall equipment for calibration and Parts Cleaning.
• Generate and update master list of equipment and testers for Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Resolve unscheduled downtime, and document all work instruction requirements in a Manufacturing System for Facilities department.
• Will coordinate with contractors pertaining to job request in facilities improvement and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing facilities equipment.
• Work with internal/external personnel to resolve issues
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time, or as the need arises.
