Facilities Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and close new kitchen locations through brokers/landlords
• Conduct market surveys and negotiate commercial terms (rent, deposit, CAM, etc.)
• Manage lease agreements, registrations, and site handovers
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely store launches
• Oversee facility management, utilities, and vendor operations
• Ensure compliance (FSSAI, fire NOC, licenses, etc.) and renewals
• Handle admin operations, cost control, and issue resolution
• Maintain MIS, rent trackers, invoices, and payment processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in BD/Admin/Expansion (Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Retail preferred)
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of commercial leasing and operations
• Proficient in Excel and reporting
