What they need
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus:
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
- Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3–5 years proven experience in Facilities Management or a related field
- Knowledge in trades and systems: HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical, fire systems, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant facility management software
- Familiarity with Quality tools: 5S, SPC, PDCA, 8D, Kaizen, ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, 14001, 45001
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
