• Salary: Php 30,000–35,000 Gross

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance programs for all production equipment, tools, machines, and facility systems.
• Manage the daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to meet environmental compliance standards.
• Direct, schedule, and supervise plant technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job quality.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment such as pumps, blowers, and motors.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review, update, or interpret mechanical/electrical technical drawings, plant layouts, and equipment specifications.
• Proactively identify equipment vulnerabilities to minimize production downtime and optimize operational productivity.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 3* years* of hands-on experience in maintenance (Facilities, Machines, Equipment).
• Direct experience overseeing STP / Wastewater treatment systems—especially within a food manufacturing setup—is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment (pumps, blowers, electric motors, controls).
• Willing and able to work 6 days a week on a rotating shift schedule.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
