Facilities Supervisor

FM Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced FM Supervisor to oversee facility management and maintenance activities in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience in facilities management or maintenance supervision.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and day-to-day facility operations.
• Experience supervising technicians, maintenance staff, and service teams.
• Ability to plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Good understanding of maintenance schedules, work orders, and site documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facility management and maintenance activities.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
• Monitor the condition and operation of building systems and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues.
• Ensure work is carried out according to company procedures and safety requirements.
• Report major maintenance issues and provide updates to management.
• Support the team in maintaining the facility in good operating condition.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
