Facilities Supervisor

About this Position

As a Facilities Supervisor at Henkel, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workplaces across Türkiye. You will oversee daily facility operations, coordinate external service providers, and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate workplace projects, including office relocations and renovations, while ensuring operational efficiency and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you´ll do

• Manage and coordinate daily Facility Management operations across Henkel Türkiye offices, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational continuity, and consistent workplace standards.
• Oversee facility services, building maintenance, and workplace administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.
• Monitor and evaluate external service providers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with agreed standards.
• Coordinate and follow up workplace health, safety and environmental (SHE) requirements in collaboration with the appointed OHS/OSGB provider, including regular SHE walkarounds, corrective actions and compliance follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain Facility Management reports, track operational performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate workplace projects, including office relocations, renovations, and fit-out activities, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, technical follow-up, and timely execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring workplace readiness and a smooth transition to daily operations.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, workplace operations, building administration, or related roles, preferably within a multinational company.
• Experience in managing facility services, building maintenance, workplace operations, and external service providers.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and facility-related compliance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Good practical understanding of building systems and technical Facility operations, with experience in maintenance, renovation, fit-out or relocation projects.
• Ability to review and understand Facility-related contracts, technical specifications and service agreements.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist certification would be considered an advantage.
