Role Overview

Lead the services behind a safe, efficient, and well-run workplace. You’ll oversee facilities coordination, vendors, inventory, waste management, compliance, budgets, and workplace projects while guiding the General Services team and improving day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workplace service delivery: Set team and provider priorities, maintain procedures and service levels, and ensure dependable housekeeping, pantry, courier, and workplace support.
• Keep the workplace safe and ready: Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency preparedness, and business continuity with facilities partners, building administration, and contractors.
• Manage vendors, inventory, and compliance: Source and evaluate suppliers, monitor contracts and permits, control stock and assets, and maintain safety, waste, and environmental records.
• Deliver projects and control costs: Lead office moves, renovations, fit-outs, and workplace improvements while managing scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and close-out requirements.
• Improve performance through data: Use service, vendor, inventory, incident, and project reporting to resolve recurring issues, strengthen controls, and drive practical process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Office Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in general services, facilities, workplace operations, administration, vendor management, or a related function.
• Experience supervising operational support teams and coordinating third-party providers in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Demonstrated capability in vendor and contract management, workplace projects, budgeting, service-level monitoring, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Working knowledge of workplace safety, emergency preparedness, waste management, and environmental compliance, with strong stakeholder management and process-improvement skills; BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or multi-site experience is an advantage.
