We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Part-Time Facilities Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks across residential properties including high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes. Some work may also include vacant lots and light commercial properties.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Repairs & Maintenance

Including but not limited to:

• Doors and door frames
• Windows and window frames
• Handrails
• Trim and baseboards
• Drywall repair and/or replacement
• Ceiling repair and/or replacement
• Insulation work
• Minor structural repairs

Exterior Repairs & Maintenance

Including but not limited to:

• Fences and gates
• Decks, balconies, and railings
• Curbs and barriers
• Walkways and stairways
• Driveways
• Siding
• Minor landscaping repairs or modifications
• Exterior door and window repairs to maintain building security
• Minor eavestrough and soffit repairs
• Exterior stair repairs to match existing structures
• Minor structural repairs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
