This position is ideal for someone with experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or general handyman work who enjoys variety in their workday. What You'll Do
As a Facilities Technician I, you'll help keep our community operating safely and efficiently by:

  • Troubleshooting maintenance issues and completing work orders in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with grounds and landscape maintenance around the Clubhouse and common areas.
  • Setting up and taking down furniture and equipment for meetings, programs, and community events.
  • Maintaining maintenance records, inspections, and supply documentation.
  • Providing courteous customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, contractors, and coworkers.
  • Assisting the Member Services team with weekend coverage when needed.
  • Participating in Mountain Park HOA's Emergency Response Team rotation.

Schedule and Hours
This position's primary schedule will include working weekends, both Saturday and Sunday, to provide support during those non-standard hours. Other hours and days worked can be determined based on the candidate’s availability and business need. Your schedule will be fairly consistent week to week, with some variation based on project needs.
