Facilities Technician

About the role

To provide 1st level technical support for all types of in-house repair work and manage facility maintenance of warehouses, offices, and buildings. To liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works and ensure strong support and prompt response to works raised by stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for all M&E issues for all the warehouses, offices and buildings
• Perform building A&A works and provide technical advice and training to subcontractors, if necessary
• Perform administrative duties such as preparation of reports, electricity meter readings, recording and sourcing for quotations for facility related matters
• Liaise with subcontractors on all repair and maintenance works
• Ensure strong support and prompt response to works raised by stakeholders
• Domestic travel as required
• Be contactable via mobile or other means during office hours, and occasionally outside office hours
• Adhere to Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy
• Respond to urgent inquiries from internal or external clients when needs occur

About you

• 3-5 years of working experience or more as Technician in Facility management, estate management or related disciplines
• Strong hands-on technical skills in Mechanical and Electrical and Building Works
• Familiar in handing and taking over of premises
• Possess Scissor lift license
• Able to work under stressful conditions
