Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance activities
• Perform general building maintenance
• Support efficient use of utilities and facility resources
• Assist Engineers with facilities upgrading works and projects
• Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation
• Support compliance with ISO Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum NTC2 or NITEC in:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Building Maintenance
  • or a related technical discipline

• Candidates with little or no relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Previous facilities or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous

• Knowledge of air-conditioning, mechanical, electrical and building maintenance is an advantage

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to read and understand layout drawings

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is advantageous

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to learn and take on hands-on technical work

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

• Able to distinguish colours accurately when carrying out electrical-related work
