FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

• ⁠Technical Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent in any engineering field background
• At least 1 year working experience.
• ⁠Good knowledge and skills on air conditioning and mechanical systems, plumber work & handy work.
• ⁠Possess good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• ⁠Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• ⁠At least experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
• ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills.
• ⁠Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Carry out routine inspections according to the established work schedule.
• Monitor and address defects in the building.
• ⁠Coordinate and oversee contractors working within the building
• Support the maintenance supervisor in ensuring proper system functionality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
