Facilities Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that all machines and production equipment run smoothly to meet schedules.
• Performs machine maintenance activities: (1) corrective maintenance, (2) preventive maintenance.
• Ensures that the following equipment are running in condition: (1) Air Handling Unit, (2) Air-Cooled Condensing Unit, (3) Compressor, (4) Electrical Cleanroom, (5) Make-Up Air Unit, and (6) Lighting and Water Facilities.
• Performs electrical wiring, air supply installation, power supply installation for new line set-up/re-layout.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Knowledge on HVAC operations and maintenance, mechanical, building and construction and safety.
• Judgment and decision making, effective communication and interpersonal skills, time management.

Education and Work Experience

• Graduate of a Technology course or college level in an engineering course.
• 6 months work of experience as Facilities and Building technician in a semiconductor/electronics manufacturing company.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
