Facility Senior Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Facility Senior Technician to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and efficient factory utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate facility systems, including compressors, air dryers, HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and heat pumps.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Monitor equipment performance, water treatment parameters and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, operational logbooks and support ISO audits and safety compliance.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, factory utilities or a similar role.
• Familiar with compressor, air dryer, HVAC, chilled water and heat pump systems.
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and workplace safety.
• Good problem-solving skills, responsible and able to work independently.
