Facilities Technician [Gross up to $3300 / 4334 / Fixed Shift]

We are looking for Facility Technicians to join our Facilities team in a permanent role. You will work closely with Engineers and the Facilities team to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of building facilities and equipment.

Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,300 per month
Location: Pioneer
Company bus: Islandwide company bus transport available

Working Hours (4334) Fixed:
Shift A: 8:00am – 8:15pm
Shift B: 8:00pm – 8:15am

Jobscope:

• Assist Engineers and the Facilities team with preventive maintenance, breakdown services, routine monitoring and facilities upgrading works.
• Perform daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns.
• Assist the team in ensuring efficient use of utilities and resources.
• Perform building maintenance and related facilities works.
• Support Engineers in maintaining proper maintenance documentation and records.
• Follow ISO-standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
