Description

Who we are

The Crossing exists for people to discover Jesus and the Journey. This journey often begins when someone steps onto one of our campuses. By maintaining safe, welcoming, and functional environments, the Facilities team helps create distraction-free spaces where people can encounter Jesus, build relationships, and engage in ministry and community.

Where you fit in

The Facilities Technician III plays a key role in helping create safe, welcoming, and distraction-free environments where people can discover Jesus and the Journey. This role provides advanced technical expertise, project coordination, and operational support through facilities projects, vendor coordination, campus operations, and technical problem-solving that support ministry across all campuses.

This position plays an important role in helping the church accomplish its mission by fostering and engaging in Godly relationships among congregants, volunteers, staff, ministry leaders, vendors, and internal ministry teams. This role is ideal for a servant-hearted and technically skilled individual who enjoys solving complex problems, coordinating projects, supporting ministry teams, and creating environments where ministry can thrive. The person in this role will bring sound judgment, operational excellence, collaboration, technical expertise, and a commitment to stewarding The Crossing's facilities with wisdom and care.
