Facilities/Utility Manager

Plans and Coordinates routine building maintenance tasks such as electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc. Develops technical drawing required for facilities projects and new works, monitors internal and external providers' work in order to timely implement projects in line with defined objectives, budget and technical specifications.

• Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair.
• Plans and coordinates routine electrical and plumbing maintenance of facilities and buildings. Assesses and justifies the need to make use of internal stakeholders (maintenance engineers, operators ...) or external service providers to achieve more complicated maintenance. Checks the efficiency of repairs.
• Participates in the identification of new works necessary to the company, develops the projects feasibility studies and designs the technical drawings required by new projects.
• Develops functional performance specifications, launches consultations for the selection of external service providers in line with the preset budget, participates in the tender evaluation and the providers selection.
• Performs technical and financial evaluation of the work. Takes delivery of the work and ensures proper project documentation.
• Controls the execution of new works, write progress reports, monitors progress and intervenes to solve realization constraints.
• Participates in projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency and performance of building and utilities.
• Prepares, communicates and reviews Facility Maintenance & New projects KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems in line with the Maintenance Department and company's objectives.
• Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non-disclosure agreement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Civil Construction, Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation...etc.)
• Functional competencies
  Maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, predictive...etc.), Electromechanical skills, Pneumatics & hydraulic system skills, Industrial Buildings Standards, Continuous improvement techniques (TPM, FMEA, root cause analysis...), Environmental Aspects Impacts, Scheduling work & resources planning, Fault and Incidents Management, Manufacturing process environment.

Identify and evaluate the hazards and H&S risks Project Management Tools Methods of techno-economic feasibility, Evaluation of the effectiveness of energy performance improvement projects.
