Facility Ambassador

About the role

To serve as the front-line representative of the dialysis center, ensuring patients, families, and visitors experience a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. The Facility Ambassador supports operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide guidance on facility services, schedules, and patient flow.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Promote a culture of respect, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and accessibility of the dialysis center.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report facility issues (equipment, utilities, safety hazards) promptly to management.
• Assist in organizing patient education and wellness activities.
• Ensure adherence to DOH standards for facility operations and patient safety.
• Support infection control measures (hand hygiene reminders, PPE compliance).

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, HR, or related field (healthcare experience preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, patient relations, or facility management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility operations and DOH compliance standards is an advantage.
• Empathetic, approachable, and detail-oriented personality.
