Facility and Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facility and Infrastructure Manager to join yuni bersaudara sejahtera in Pekanbaru, Riau. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing the planning, development, maintenance and optimisation of our facilities and infrastructure assets. As Facility and Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our physical infrastructure meets operational requirements, complies with regulations, and supports the long-term growth objectives of the organisation. This role requires a hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking to manage complex facility operations and capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning, design and implementation of facility and infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and budget constraints
• Managing day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance schedules, preventative maintenance programmes and vendor management
• Developing and implementing facility management policies, procedures and standards to ensure safety, compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitoring and optimising facility costs, utilities consumption and resource allocation to achieve cost savings and operational excellence
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards and other applicable legislative requirements
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, external contractors, consultants and regulatory bodies to coordinate facility-related activities
• Conducting regular facility inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, potential risks and improvement opportunities
• Managing capital budgets and preparing reports on facility performance, maintenance expenditure and infrastructure development initiatives
• Overseeing health, safety and environmental compliance across all facility operations
• Leading and supervising facility management teams and contractors to ensure quality delivery of services

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure management or related roles in a commercial, industrial or large organisational setting
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, maintenance protocols and facility operations
• Proficiency in facilities management software, building information modelling (BIM) tools and relevant project management applications
• Demonstrated experience in managing capital projects, procurement processes and vendor relationships
• A comprehensive understanding of relevant building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to supervise and develop facility staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and respond to operational challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional certifications such as CFMA, IFMA or equivalent credentials are highly valued
• Experience working in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is preferred
