HIRING: FACILITY AND INSPECTION SUPERVISOR

A reputable real estate company is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Facility and Inspection Supervisor to oversee property inspections and coordinate facility-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties and facilities.
• Identify maintenance needs, defects, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and service providers.
• Monitor the condition and readiness of properties for inspection or handover.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain property records.
• Ensure facilities are maintained in good condition and meet required standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Previous property inspection or facility management experience is an advantage.
• Strong observation, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
