Facility & Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve machine performance and operational efficiency.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment, including Press Machines (AIDA, H&F Fukui).
• Monitor and maintain factory utility systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up and ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Kaizen activities.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and support machinery and automation systems, including Press Machines and industrial robots (Fanuc and Yaskawa).
• Repair and maintain equipment related to Press, Assembly, and Facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Aged 28-35 years.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, machine systems, or related industrial environments.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, particularly Mitsubishi PLC software.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of industrial robot control systems, such as Fanuc and Yaskawa robots.
• Possession of an Engineering License or Electrician Certificate will be an advantage.
