Summary

We are seeking a Facility Assistant prepared to perform a variety of administrative and technical support duties in support of NVRC’s production facility and technical tasks on contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support to NVRC's warehouse operations and will also cross-train on technical tasks related to IT system integration and testing. The successful candidate will be willing to assist when and where needed, learn new skills, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to professionally interface with fellow employees, teammates, customers, and visitors
• Basic technical skill set with a solid understanding of basic computer skills
• Excellent level of responsiveness to requests and inquiries
• Flexibility to support a variety of tasking
• Ability to occasionally travel in support of technical tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Required Education, Certifications, and Length of Experience

• HS Diploma required

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA Security+

Travel Requirements

Estimated travel is 10% initially; may increase with tenure and experience

U.S. Citizenship Requirements

Due to our contracts with the U.S. federal government and the requirement for a security clearance to perform this role, candidates for this position must be U.S. Citizens.

Clearance Type Required

Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
