Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Operate and supervise the Building Management System (BMS).
• Conduct maintenance on electrical systems, air-conditioning units, compressors, vacuum/exhaust systems, DI water systems, wastewater treatment systems, and other water supply networks.
• Diagnose and address unforeseen facility or production-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and oversee procurement activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services.
• Monitor utility consumption and analyze data for effective resource management.
• Organize and maintain electronic documentation related to facility operations.
• Support and oversee construction projects within the facility.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facility Management, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (morning and night).
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and proactively when necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
