Facility Assistant I

We’re excited to announce our recent expansion with the Fannystelle grain elevator, and we’re looking for a Facility Assistant I to join our team! This role offers flexibility to work at both our Carman and Fannystelle locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate equipment like tractors, augers, conveyors, and grain legs.
• Load railcars, trucks, and containers.
• Receive and store agricultural commodities.
• Help with equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Keep our yard clean and safe.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to our customers.
• Learn and assist with grain grading.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable operating grain-handling equipment (or willing to learn!).
• Good eyesight and color perception.
• Okay with working at heights.
• Previous grain or commodity handling experience is a bonus.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
