Facility Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain office and call center facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of:

  • Electrical systems
  • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
  • HVAC systems
  • Air Conditioning units
  • Lighting and power distribution systems

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.

• Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and compliance documentation.

• Support workspace setup, equipment installation, and office moves as required.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct regular facility audits and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably within a call center/BPO environment.

• Good knowledge of:

  • UPS systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Air Conditioning systems
  • Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Building facilities management

• Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
