Facility Cleanroom Engineer

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Cleanroom Monitoring (CRM) systems and facilities by maintaining process stability, supporting projects, managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading technical problem-solving activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain APC systems in the cleanroom, ensuring immediate response and troubleshooting of OOC/OOS events.
• Support service and project execution to ensure projects are completed on time and operate effectively.
• Ensure measurement and monitoring equipment remain compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the owner and key contact for all internal and external audits related to CRM.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable engineering solutions using data-driven methodologies.
• Support qualification, expansion, ramp-up, and release activities for new products, processes, and equipment from a CRM perspective.
• Develop and execute competency and training plans for technical teams.
• Manage risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and process stability.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate plant modifications, facility improvements, documentation, layouts, and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Collaborate across departments while independently driving CRM activities with minimal supervision.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
