Facility

Key responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule, SOP/WI, and maintenance standards.
• Perform hands-on operation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and corrective maintenance of facility mechanical, piping, compressed air, water, and related utility systems.
• Inspect facility piping, valves, pumps, fittings, and other related components connected to facility systems and production machines.
• Support installation, modification, relocation, and improvement of mechanical equipment and piping systems for production and facility requirements.
• Support new machine installation, production line expansion, and capacity increase activities related to mechanical and utility systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work for facility equipment, piping, brackets, supports, and other mechanical requirements.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards.
• Maintain records of work activities, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts used, and report major issues to the Facility Leader.

Qualification:

• Senior High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in factory, facility, or industrial maintenance.
• Good understanding of mechanical equipment, piping systems, compressed air systems, pumps, valves, and basic utility systems.
• Able to perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, and modification of mechanical and piping systems.
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings, piping layouts, and equipment manuals.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and maintenance procedures.
