Facility Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: 1- Be responsible for building maintenance, including indoor decoration, plumbing and drainage systems, building waterproof, floor loading evaluation

2- Be responsible for fire-protection system operation and maintenance to ensure compliance with local fire laws 3- Be responsible for elevators maintenance and management to fully meet the requirement of local regulations 4- Be responsible for facility utilities supply systems, including compressed dry air (CDA), vacuum, process cooling water (PCW), deionized water (DI water), industrial gases 5- Be responsible for new added and improvement project in above systems 6- Be responsible for the related operation & maintenance procedure preparation or update for above systems Requirements: 1 – Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, at least 3 years experiences in facility operation or project management 2 – Familiar with fire-protection system, CDA, Vacuum, DI water and PCW system 3 – Good at team working, passion, cooperation & patience 4 – Good at reading & writing English skill 5 – Prefer to have work experiences in joint-venture or foreign manufacturing companies, especially in Photo-electronics product manufacturing industry
