What they need
- Diploma holder with 6-8 years of experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry and computer literacy skills.
- Operation and maintenance of LT & HT panels, DG, synchronization panels of higher capacity, UPS of higher capacity, HVAC, civil/mechanical, and other associated equipment.
- Knowledge of all kinds of control equipment, relays, switches, circuit breakers, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 41001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
