Facility Engineer

About the role

You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of all facilities such as air conditioners, air compressors, and boilers per design performance specification. You will lead the facility team to perform regular maintenance activities and maintain design specifications of the production area, such as pressure difference and temperature. You will also supervise and optimize all facilities to meet GMP requirements and improve energy efficiency to decrease energy consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all facilities such as air conditioners, air compressors, and boilers per design performance specification
• Improve the energy efficiency of the company's high power consumption facility in order to decrease energy consumption
• Lead the facility team to perform regular maintenance activities to air conditioning, purified water systems, air compressors and boilers
• Lead facility technicians to maintain the design specifications of the production area, such as pressure difference and temperature
• Supervise and optimize all facilities such as air conditioning, purified water, air compressor, in order to meet GMP requirements

About you

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or above
• At least 5 years' working experience in the maintenance of plant facility and automatic industrial machinery
• At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical is preferred
• Experience on Purified Water system and HVAC for clean room is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
