Uniestate Properties LLC is seeking a Facility Engineer to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of the Company's facilities, systems, and equipment while coordinating with vendors and service providers to maintain operational excellence.

Your Role

As a Facility Engineer, you will:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and milestones to manage the facilities projects.
• Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively and efficiently, optimizing project outcomes within budget and schedule
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses. Reviewing the quotations for the paid services prices
• Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to track project milestones.
• Ensure that all facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff is trained to use it.
• Seek opportunities for change management. Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
• Handle all FM related complaints 24x7
• Liaising with the government entities

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 03 or more years in Facility Management / Restoration works

Skills

• Excellent knowledge in Facilities Engineering and renovation works etc Facility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to facilities management documentation.
• Strong people management skills

Preferred

• DEGREE / DIPLOMA IN CIVIL ENGINEERING, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT.
