Working hours: 07.40 - 16.40

Job Summary

We are looking for a Facility Engineer to support facility and utility systems by ensuring efficient operation, preventive maintenance, system improvement, and project implementation to support factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan preventive maintenance activities for facility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to facility and utility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and service activities.
• Monitor and record energy consumption and implement energy-saving improvement projects.
• Plan maintenance budgets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, legal requirements, safety regulations, etc.).
• Support installation projects for new utility systems and machinery, including design and BOQ preparation.
• Coordinate and manage contractors for installation and preventive maintenance work to minimize impact on production operations.
• Support safety and facility-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility or utility systems (Fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).

• Good command of English and computer skills (AutoCAD preferred).

• Knowledge in one or more of the following:

  • Electrical systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Air compressor systems
  • Water supply and wastewater treatment systems
  • Energy-saving systems
  • Fire suppression systems
  • CCTV, PA, Asset Control, or SCADA systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
