Facility Engineer - Head Office

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and safety of facility equipment and systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, energy management, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely execution of preventive maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to minimize operational downtime.
• Monitor and support energy management initiatives to promote efficient energy consumption.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor the condition and performance of facility equipment, including chillers, gensets, and pumps.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or a related technical-vocational course.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Experience in coordination and maintenance-related activities.
• Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with chillers, generators (gensets), and pumps is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid PRC license or driver's license, as applicable to the role.
• TESDA certification is an advantage, if applicable.
