Facility Engineer (IDC)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in risk management mechanism, responsible for reporting and tracking major incidents.

2. Assist in streamlining management systems, operation manuals, emergency management procedures, and emergency operation plans, optimizing data center security and infrastructure asset management.

3. Establish smooth communication channels with the IDC to prevent data center security and operational risks, ensuring compliance with policy requirements.

4. Assist in the digital operation and maintenance management of facilities, improving data center control and backup capabilities, and ensuring that all core indicators meet standards.

5. Promote safety production requirements for all positions within the data center, driving compliant operation of each site in terms of environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health, legal affairs, and integrity.

6. Assist in the reconciliation of electricity consumption, rack usage, and other related matters for the site and data center building.

7. Participate in monthly data center operation and maintenance communication meetings with the IDC to understand the completion status and existing problems of the month's operation and maintenance work, and to grasp the operation and maintenance tasks for the following month.

8. Assist in training the IDC operations and maintenance team, and master the training plan, training records, and training assessment results.

9. Assist the IDC in on-site operations and maintenance supervision and emergency response for the buildings under your responsibility, and coordinate and handle on-site issues.

Job Requirement:

1. Has relevant work experience in Data Centers；

2. Familiar with the full lifecycle management of major professional fields of infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, electrical, low-voltage systems), understand on-site facility operations and maintenance experience, and be familiar with industry standards, regulations, and operational processes of various businesses;

3. Able to identify risks in operations and maintenance management in advance, handle sudden failures in a timely manner, and be responsible for the stability of the infrastructure in the assigned park;

4. Able to formulate daily operation processes, norms, and standards for the park, and promote the implementation of corresponding standards;

5. Continuously establish and promote standardized operations and maintenance systems and processes to reduce operations and maintenance risks and improve operational efficiency;

6. Able to drive suppliers to increase their willingness to cooperate in daily operations and maintenance to achieve business goals;

7. Possess high professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to ensure the stable operation of the data center from the perspective of data center and customer interests;

8. Holding national or industry-level professional certificates related to the position is preferred.

9. Language Requirement: Chinese Language.
