Salary: S$4,500 – S$5,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (as required)
Location: Loyang, Singapore

About the Role

You will work in Singapore's first smart factory, supporting critical facility operations and ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility, utility and building systems.
• Maintain and support cleanroom operations, including environmental conditions and contamination control requirements.
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, HEPA filtration, chilled water, exhaust and related environmental control systems.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, differential pressure, airflow and other cleanroom environmental parameters.
• Troubleshoot facility systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, vacuum, purified water and process utilities.
• Respond to facility alarms, utility failures and urgent maintenance requests to minimize operational downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, quality teams and external contractors.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and ensure maintenance schedules are completed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and equipment history using CMMS or maintenance systems.
• Support facility installations, modifications, shutdowns, commissioning and cleanroom certification activities.
• Inspect and maintain fire protection, emergency lighting, backup power and other life safety systems.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in facilities, building services, engineering or maintenance.

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Familiarity with HEPA filtration, differential pressure, air balancing, environmental monitoring or BMS/BAS is preferred.

• Able to troubleshoot facility equipment using technical drawings, schematics and documentation.

• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

• Familiarity with industrial safety procedures such as LOTO, confined space entry and hot work is advantageous.
