Senior Facility Engineer

Location: OMEGA 1 Bangna, Bangna-Trat KM.32-33, Bang Phli Noi, Bang Bo, Samut Prakan

About the role

At ALP, good facilities management helps operations run smoothly every day. As Facility Engineer, you’ll support the overall management of building operations, facilities systems, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness across our logistics and industrial properties.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and well maintained, while supporting both operational needs and long-term asset reliability.

What you will do

Facility operations & coordination

• Support daily facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring smooth and efficient building management
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and facility service activities
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, ventilation, electrical systems, lifts, ELV, and related facility infrastructure
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and service providers to resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Support emergency response activities and follow up on corrective actions when required

Vendor & contractor management

• Supervise contractors and vendors performing facility maintenance and service works
• Monitor work quality, safety practices, and compliance with service standards
• Support quotation reviews, service coordination, and maintenance documentation
• Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and external stakeholders

Compliance & documentation

• Support compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and statutory inspections
• Maintain accurate facility records, reports, permits, certifications, and asset documentation
• Assist in safety inspections, audits, and sustainability-related initiatives

Planning & improvement

• Support budget tracking and operational cost monitoring
• Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, energy usage, and service efficiency
• Assist with facility upgrades, fit-out coordination, and operational improvement projects

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in facility operations or building management
• Experience in industrial, logistics, commercial, or mixed-use properties is preferred
• Good technical understanding of building systems and facility operations
• Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance service providers
• Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards
• Ability to read and understand building drawings
• Good command of Thai and English
