Facility Executive – CommercialRoles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day facility operations of commercial properties.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technical, and other service teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper maintenance of common areas.
• Handle tenant/client complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service activities.
• Monitor soft services and technical services as per SLA and company standards.
• Maintain daily operational records, including attendance, manpower, and service reports.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies.
• Monitor consumables, inventory, and material requirements.
• Assist the Facility Manager in client coordination, vendor management, and operational activities.
• Support in handling emergency situations and escalations at the site.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
