What they need
- Daily Operations: Inspect facilities regularly, manage reception, and oversee building access control (ID cards).
- Hard & Soft Services: Supervise housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, and technical building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility supplies.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the building meets local health, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
- Space & Inventory: Track facility assets, monitor workspace allocations, and support internal event setup
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
