Facility Executive

Position: Facility Executive Soft Services
Location: Andheri East (Chakala) - (At Client Site)
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Budget: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the facility.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and other support services.
• Manage manpower, attendance, rosters, and staff deployment.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor their performance and service delivery.
• Handle client communication and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain operational reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
• Support audits, client reviews, and other facility-related activities.

• Knowledge of soft services operations and facility management.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
