Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure adequate deployment of Housekeeping staff, verify requirements, specifications, and conduct quality checks of consumables.

2. Conduct inspections of all campus buildings to ensure cleanliness, hygiene.

3.Oversee security operations.

4.Coordinate internal transportation arrangements

5.Manage daily pantry operations.

6.Coordinate internal shifting and relocation of assests

5.Oversee Stationary management

6. Maintain housekeeping consumables stock records.

7.Ensure timely execution of pest control

8.Support Health and safety measures for staff and students.

9.Manage issuance and recordkeeping of fuel indents.

10.Assist in Student Discipline
