Facility Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Permit to Work (PTW) and related supporting documents.
• Monitor and oversee internal (OPEX) and external contractors works to ensure completion as per schedule (routine and ad-hoc works).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes and HSE standards.
• Compile documents as per requirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure completion of works and smooth operation of building utilities.
• Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, GPI, low carbon initiative, etc.
• Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption,  Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Coordinator or similar role.
• Able to work during weekends/off day/rest day (if required).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and experience working with MS Office.
