Facility Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility management operations across warehouse locations.
• Oversee electrical systems including installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
• Manage DG sets, daily checks, load testing, fuel management and AMC coordination.
• Handle electrical maintenance including panels, wiring, lighting, power distribution and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers and AMC partners for timely maintenance.
• Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, utilities and workplace facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Support budgeting, cost control and optimization of facility expenses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for facility-related requests and issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
