Facility Executive

Caspian Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for ITI Technicians to join our project and facility operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment and building systems.
• Assist senior technicians and engineers in installation and commissioning activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or other technical issues based on the respective trade.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned.
• Ensure proper handling and safe use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests within the assigned area.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and materials used.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, contractors, and other departments during project activities.
• Ensure work is completed within the required quality and timelines.
• Perform any other technical duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Eligibility

• ITI qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fitter, Welder, or relevant technical trade.
• Freshers can apply.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety.
• Ability to work at project/construction sites and in shifts, if required.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings/manuals will be an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a project-site environment.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
