Facility Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of facility management services including housekeeping, maintenance, security, landscaping, and other soft and hard services.
• Monitor performance of in-house staff and outsourced vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the premises.
• Schedule and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of supplies related to facility operations.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility services.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation for management review.
• Train and supervise new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders for smooth facility operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
