Facility Executive

FACILITY EXECUTIVE/SENIOR FACILITY EXECUTIVE NEEDED

Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

– Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Sites: Penjuru Road & Tuas

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,800/month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Facility Executive to manage and coordinate daily facility operations.

• Oversee daily facility operations and conduct regular site inspections.
• Coordinate cleaning, security, maintenance, repair and rectification works.
• Supervise cleaners, technicians, contractors and vendors and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Liaise with clients and attend to their requests, feedback and facility issues.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Monitor manpower, attendance and work performance.
• Follow up on defects, repairs and outstanding works.
• Prepare site reports and relevant documentation.
• Obtain and coordinate quotations for repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and according to site requirements.
• Escalate major incidents or operational issues to management.
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)

***After-Hours Emergency Standby

The candidate must be contactable after working hours for urgent facility emergencies.

Physical attendance or actual work required after normal working hours will be treated as overtime and paid accordingly. Occasional weekend or public holiday attendance may be required for emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management, building management, maintenance, property management or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple sites is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site issues effectively.
• Experience in building maintenance, M&E, plumbing, electrical, handyman or cleaning operations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between two or more sites when required.
• Must be contactable for urgent after-hours emergencies.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
