Company Background: logistics MNC

Location: Jurong East

Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Tenant Relations: Manage office leasing arrangements and promptly attend to tenant feedback and requests.

Building Maintenance: Oversee general building maintenance and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenants to ensure timely repairs.

Contractor & Vendor Management: Handle quotations, tenders, service contracts, performance monitoring, and work completion verification.

Facility Projects: Coordinate facility improvement, upgrading, and renovation projects from scope creation to execution and defect rectification.

EHS & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Singapore statutory requirements, including MOM, NEA, and SCDF building, fire safety, and environmental regulations.

Audits & Safety Support: Support internal/external audits, emergency response planning, fire drills, and incident follow-ups.

Documentation & Budgeting: Maintain audit-ready facility records and monitor utility consumption and budgets to drive energy efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in facilities management or building services.

Technical Knowledge: Good familiarity with Singapore workplace safety, fire safety, and building regulations.

Core Competencies: Proven background in building system maintenance, improvement projects, and vendor management.

Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills; independent and solution-oriented.
