Prior work experience of 2-3 years in managing the Housekeeping Department preferably with experience in Hotels/ GuestHouses/ Facility management companies.
Hands-on knowledge of the various Cleaning techniques with the necessary equipment, tools and chemical knowledge, respectively is an important prerequisite.
Should be educated as a Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Should possess strong Oral and Written skills in Languages such as English/ Hindi and Kannada .
Computer Literate with knowledge of drafting emails/ daily MIS reports / inventory reports etc.
Well groomed and able to manage get togethers and events.
