WE ARE HIRING – SOFT SERVICE TRAINER
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Qualification: Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for housekeeping staff
- Train employees on proper housekeeping procedures & standards
- Provide training on chemical handling and safety
- Demonstrate proper usage of housekeeping equipment & machines
- Train staff on 5S practices and workplace hygiene
- Conduct practical and on-site training sessions
- Visit client sites regularly to assess housekeeping standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide corrective training
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and service quality
Key Skills
Good communication & presentation skills
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
Practical knowledge of chemicals & equipment
Training & team-handling skills
Willingness to travel for site visits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
