Facility Float Pool LPN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Seeking a Facility Float Pool LPN to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, coordinating patient care with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Requires maintaining professional accountability and delivering care aligned with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Missouri LPN license, meeting all state Board of Nursing requirements.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, with a minimum of 6 months recent experience.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association; LPN-IV certification completed or obtained within 3 months if required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
