Facility Float Pool RN - Part-Time

Position Overview: Provides patient care within the framework of the nursing practice model, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. Maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and adheres to established nursing standards, ethical codes, and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver safe, effective care; collaborates with team members; upholds patient confidentiality; and functions within scope of practice. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or valid compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

Additional Details: This role is part-time, working 12 hours per week in the Float Pool department with varying shifts. The position involves providing versatile nursing care across different units, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
